Off-Road and SUVs / 2010 Subaru Forester 2.0 or 2011 (?) Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.4

A 2nd car for the city and the occassional out of town to Baguio or Batanggas. Which would be a better choice? I was leaning on the Forester until I experienced kinda shabby treatment in the Edsa showroom yesterday. I dunno if it had to do with me being a girl vying for the attention of 1 sales rep against 2 older male gents.
Incidentally, I was surprisd to learn how much more easier on the pocket the $$$ cash-out and monthly is for the Vitara. The Forester just looks so handsome though. (#^_^#)
