Jesus Erle Sebastian's "Menaces on Two Wheels" is totally out of line.
he surely got the attention of a lot of bikers. and sad to say it ain't generally nice.

mr sebastian is really making bikers and drivers not coexist properly on the road.
i thought your magazine is out to promote motoring and not start a fight with bikers.

man, if ever i get a picture of what you look like, i will post it at motorcyclephillipines.com so that the attention you are seeking will surely come to you

relax lang tayo  ;)  its just an opinion -- with very little tact -- but an opinion nonetheless.  "let the man with no sin cast the first stone" ika nga.

lets not fuel one man's opinion to a general declaration of war shall we. I dont know yet the implications of his article or what other TG readers think about his article -- is it the truth maybe, is it repsonsible maybe not, was it done with tact - defenitely not, is it immorral --- maybe his little confession on seeing someone hurt skims between that aspect.

We made noise before - when Ford came out with their Lynnx Ad (the car weaving in and out of bikes) next thing you experience are this guys on Lynx's actually doing what was on the TV Ad...(go figure). Motorcyle Advocates of the Philippines (MAP) should act on this like it did with the Ford Ad  anything that can promote further endangerment of our lives on the road should be taken seriously. Really the seriousness is not yet realized by the Vern and Erle --- but thats because they dont ride motorcycles (or do they).

The Federation both LMFI even the NATIONAL FEDERATION or the MPF should be writing love letters to the editor is my guess. so let the groups handle it properly. Picture posting wont help -- i'm sure TG Management thought tis out and this is what sells their magazine, i'm sure they didnt realize the negative effect it would have.

Being a car enthusiast myself --- this just lives a sour taste in my mouth. If you ask me --- nah wont pick the Mag ever again. but i'm .000000000000001 of their reader base that their advertisers are targetting - get a million more me's and advertisers start to take notice, their tone will change.

Poor John - he likes TG magazine and this is what he gets to read on perhaps what would be one of his favorite mags.

satirical...

push f12 kung naka osx ka and silipin sa widgets... and what do you get?
sarcastic, critical and MOCKING one's weakness...

another word for it, pick the thesaurus and what do we get?
mocking, sarcastic, SARDONIC, trenchant, stinging, scornful, DISRESPECTFUL...

and you say your article is funny mr. sebastian...
masyado na ata bumilog ulo mo after so many years of writing.
try asking around some of the people you work with and find out what they really think of you. julius ceasar nga pala paano namatay?

he'll get more responses from the article he wrote than having a bike section here

it's like having a chick jog with no bra

mr. sebastian,

i have nothing against getting your opinion off your chest about bikers... hell i would say the same about taxi drivers, bus and truck drivers as well as reckless car drivers... but generalizing all bikers is way off...

and writing that you fear snagging a biker, yet your open to doing it wittingly --- you a nutcase or what?

and if you think your funny by writing sacastic remarks... excuse me,... it's not funny
from bikers, big cc or small, the thought of hitting a door by someone "wittingly or not" getting off the wrong side of a vehicle is no joke.

you did a blooper and you know it.
