dear fellow tgp members and readers, i just want to share my bad experienced at fird alabang for my everest.
1. my car was one of the first to be accomodated at 7am
2. i saw thru a glass window my car was raised at past 8 to drain the oil
3. my car was lowered on or before 9am
4. i dont see anybody working with my car so i sent an sms to my SA before 10am
btw, initial advise by my SA after accepting my car is that it may take until 2pm to complete the PMS process which i said, its just a normal PMS why it will take at long he said due to many points for checking including car wash.
so i said forget e carwash thing because its not free at all and it needs to queue which might add delay.
here comes the SA, he explained to me the works done like the brake pads and shoes thickness etc... i ask him how come they were able to get reading wherein i dont see anybody remove my tires? of course he will not admit it. so i insist i want to get my car NOW! then he prepared e release papers.
i leftthe casa with lots of doubts in mind how do they perform such job for the safety and customer satisfaction. one good thi with ford, a relationship manager will give you a call to check their service done, i talked to the lady and gave all. my comments and she promised to discussed with their service group my observation and concern.
i just hope i wont experience the same thing the next time i visit the casa for my PMS
