2nd Hand City, Jazz, Vios, or Lancer

Would definitely appreciate anyone's input  Need your advice in buying 2nd car for city driving with budget of 250-350k. I only care about 2 things, it has to be fuel efficient and with cheap maintenance cost (repair/parts). I've already done some research and have the the ff cars as my current options, but please feel free to share your suggestions. (except buying a new car  )

2004 Lancer CVT MX @300k
2004 Lancer GLS @320k
Honda City 2003 iDSI @290k
Honda Jazz 1.3 2005 @320k
2004 Vios 1.5G @290k

Given the choices, I would go for the Honda or the Toyota because both hold good fuel efficiency and low maintenance cost. The Mitsubishi is ok when it comes to cost but the latter are much lower.

I would suggest for the Hondas either the City or the Jazz, but the Jazz looks better. The Toyota overtime develop many issues especially the aircon and probably other engine and suspension problems. Either way, always make sure that the second cars you buy are in good shape. Be extremely observant and investigate on the past maintenance of the cars. You don't know the seller might be lying just to sell the car at a higher price and you don't want to regret buying a second hand later.

Hmmm...Thanks! I'm actually favoring the Hondas now. Especially because I found a 2005 City 1.5vtec that's within my budget (2005 looks way better than the 2004 models or below  )

I'd say you go for the Honda Jazz 1.3 2005 @320k. A very fuel efficient and trustworthy car.
