Citroen is making WRC boring IMHO

Just realized that its been 8 or 9 yrs since a different driver won a driver's title in WRC. Since 2004 its been Sebastien Loeb who gets away with that title but you cant blame him for being consistent and have the bullet proof reliable car. Also its been 5 years since Ford took their 2nd or 3rd constructor's title (if I'm not mistaken).  Currently there's only 3 brands battling in WRC platform cars gone were the days of 5 to 6 brands fighting. Sometimes I felt Citroen is making WRC boring, because you know there's no driver who can match mr. Loeb's ability and luck, not even Petter Solberg who was the last man to beat him in 2003 driving a Subaru Impreza WRC. Oh and possibly Citroen's dominance was to blame why Skoda, Mitsubishi, Subaru & Suzuki works team pulled out in this series and the economy thingy was just an excuse. Anyways lets just hope FIA will come up a solution to slow down that Citroen of Mr. Loeb and invite more manufacturers. Or Loeb gets tired of being in front and swap cars with Ford for a different challenge.

Since Subaru left WRC, I think there are only Ford and Citroen left to compete to each other. Pa- update naman. Ang alam ko lang eh yung Volkswagen and Hyundai to join WRC.

Na-missed mo po ung Mini  ;) sila un 3rd team entered by Prodrive (the guys who gave Impreza WRC). Volkswagen has a team sa S-WRC which I think a different league from the main WRC or a feeder series to WRC but they (VW) will properly enter a WRC platform car I think next year, but currently they are using a sister company's Skoda Fabia S2000 rally car. Hyundai used to participate to WRC using European Spec of Accent way back early 2000.

For Subaru, I wanna see the BRZ compete!
For Volkswagen, they will soon use the Polo R WRC, but as what red-mosquito said, Skoda will take care of that! For Hyundai, they used their old Accent noticeably driven by Alister McRae, Colin McRae younger brother.  Also, bring in the Dodge Dart to WRC!

Going back on topic, I don't think it's making a bore on the series. The importance is the competition not winning.

Feeter Silverster:
I don't think Subaru BRZ will fit the rally stages well. hatchbacks and sedan lang ang pwede sa WRC and not those coupes.
