Chevy Beat concept


The photo of the engine bay shows that the Beat will also be offered with a larger more powerful S-TEC II 16-valve powerplant.

The S-TEC 16-valve is a 1.2 liter engine with a chain-driven 16-valve DOHC valvetrain and variable intake geometry, it made its debut on the base 2009 Aveo(not sold here).
In the Aveo, this new 16-valve 1.2 liter engine produces a "good for its size" 84PS!

i saw the new cheverolet aveo hatchback at glorietta..and i must admit its such a beauty..leather interiors AT and a 1.5 engine. But the price i must also say is not what i expected it..but it's really a looker..and it look almost exactly like this BEAT

the Chevy Beat is to Spark like what LandRover LR3 is to Discovery and Toyota Auris is to Corolla,they only replace the name in some markets while most retain the famiiar one (marketing strategy?)
