I recommend you the Strada, it has a 176hp and 350Nm of torque. The Hilux has 161 hp. :)

I would still prefer the 4WD drivetrain of the Toyota Hilux (or any toyota 4x4 for that matter). Why? because there are more aftermarket 4WD upgrades (like ARB air lockers, Ironman, OME, Snorkles, Bullbars, etc) for Toyota than mitsu. I am more of 4WD offroad functionality. I grew up with different Japanese 4WD's. The Hilux has a more harsh ride (most toyota 4wd are) compared to the strada as its suspension is tuned for carrying heavy loads in mind unlike the Strada's which is tuned more for on road handling. Since these beasts are trucks and meant to be work vehicles,  their on-road handling differs from your average sedan. The 3.0 VNT vs 2.5 VGT's (both are VGT's by the way) is not much of an issue for me cause in real life they can achieve breakneck speeds. Who drives past 180km/hr daily anyway? I think the real issue here is, which vehicle has more LOW END TORQUE and not horsepower. IMHO, for heavy work and general purpose I'll choose the "indestructible" Hilux. Maybe I'll settle with the Strada if your drive is mostly on road. But this is just me a humble 4WD enthusiast  :)

correct. in addition to this, the hilux has a longer bed which means it, definitely, can carry more load.

Is the D4Dead issue resolved by the best Toyota kunu? Wow easy to drain your pocket the injectors price even at a few thousand miles-run. And this Hiluxury drive.

Seryoso lng tol.. Ano yun?? Gag*han..
