Looking for Classic beetle

I'm looking for a classic beetle. I'm only a student and would like to invest my savings on something worthwhile. It doesn't need to be in the best shape just an up-to-date registration & a working engine will do. I'm from Davao. I'm looking at a price around 20-35k.
