How to Organize a Car Show/ Vehicle Expo?
« on: October 03, 2011, 01:09:18 am »
Hi. Does anybody in the house know (and want to share) how to organize a car show?

Should there be entrance tickets? If yes, how much is "affordable"?
Will you allow sponsors like San Miguel (Flavored) Beer and other hard drinks brands?
Should you allow exclusivity of sponsorship for companies (Smart only / Globe only)?
Do you think this event is feasible in provincial areas?

the feasibility depends on the location and the event itself... it takes a lot of planning to raise a carshow

Mr.Marenello is right that its really depend on the province and event itself. you should also consider the life style of the people in that particular area

I also agree to what Mr.Marenello said, that you should consider the lifestyle of the people in a particular site or venue that you are trying to have a car show..for me its best to have that kind of event in the city.

my dad organize a car show. there are many reasons to be considered before you make that event. specially those who are interested to be a part of the show. they need to check first the car part.
