The Ford Explorer can be a confusing proposition when you think about it. It's a seven-seater SUV, yet it has a fairly low stance for its size. It's a people mover with more horsepower under the hood than a Mustang EcoBoost. In short, it's a far cry from the SUVs we're used to seeing on our roads.
What the Explorer is, in fact, is an American machine that espouses luxury, comfort, and convenience. Its look is reminiscent of the most stylish Land Rovers. Its cavernous interior seats seven people with ease, while the sport-tuned suspension ensures that they're comfortable. Everything inside, from the rear seats to the sunroof, can be adjusted with the push of a button. Oh, and that 365hp/475Nm EcoBoost V6 is a joy to drive. If Bruce Wayne ever needed a daytime Batmobile, we imagine it would look and feel similar to this .
