Model Cherry Kubota graces the pages of Top Gear Philippines in the May 2008 issue.
You used to be an umbrella girl at the 2006 Asian Formula 3 races in Batangas. Who do you remember fondly among the drivers you met?
Tyson Sy. I spoke to him a lot and people were teasing the two of us. He really is a good driver. I saw him during the practices. But I think Matteo Guidicelli is cuter as far as drivers are concerned. They say Dado Peña is handsome, but he's not my type.

You were also in Kamikazee's ‘Seksi! Seksi!' video that was partially shot here in Speedlab. How was that like?
It was fun. It didn't feel like work at all. The band was fun, and they seemed very at ease with each other. I've always liked rock stars. I don't remember all the cars used, but I remember this car right here in particular.

What car do you desire?
My dad is Japanese and he's based in Japan. He has a Jaguar sedan that I'm so fond of, so I'm admittedly biased toward cars like that. But overall, I prefer vintage cars to The Fast and The Furious type.

Two guys ask you for a date. One drives a hot Japanese import (like you), and another pulls up in an immaculately restored European car. Whom will you drive off with?
It's not really the car, but which driver appeals to me more. But all things being equal, I prefer old-school cars. I think they're very unique. When you pull up in a classic car, you get noticed right away. And, of course, there's still a man's character and how he handles a relationship - his maturity. Those traits are important to me.
