You can do all these and more--virtually, at least.

Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chairman Bayani Fernando has launched a funky political ploy through an online that would (perhaps) attract young voters come election time.

Be the Chairman applies various MMDA strategies to ease road traffic with just the use of the arrow keys and the spacebar on a computer keyboard. (For a full game review, visit Techie.com.ph)

The player with the highest score by September 30 wins an Asus Eee PC laptop.
