The BMW 3-Series Gran Turismo has arrived.
Brought in by Asian Carmakers Corporation, BMW's official distributor in the Philippines, the 320d Gran Turismo is priced at P3,890,000. It is powered by a 2.0-liter in-line four-cylinder diesel engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology, and equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Available in luxury, modern and sport lines, the 320d GT has typical BMW proportions, four doors with frameless windows, a coupe-style body with a downward-sloping roofline, and an automatically opening and closing tailgate. The latest addition to ACC's lineup has an active rear spoiler, a first of its type in a BMW.
The 3-Series Gran Turismo is 200mm longer and 81mm taller than the BMW 3-Series sedan. It also has a wheelbase 110mm longer than the 3-Series sedan's. Its interior dimensions boast extra headroom, a rear compartment with 70mm more legroom than the 3-Series sedan, and 520L of boot capacity, which is 25L more than that of the 3-Series Touring. The 3-Series GT has a 40:20:40 split/folding rear bench seat with folding head restraints and tilt-adjustable backrests.
Aiming for greener mobility, the 3-Series Gran Turismo runs with BMW EfficientDynamics, thus featuring optimized aerodynamics, an auto start/stop function, brake energy regeneration, and Eco Pro mode.
You can check out the car at this weekend's BMW Xpo at Bonifacio Global City (corner of 30th Street and Lane D, near Seda Hotel).
