Bakit lahat ng road repair works siniksik ngayon tuwing Christmas season, maulan at matindi ang traffic? Ano ba gusto nilang iparating? Ano ba naman ang ginagawa nila from January to November? Kulang pa ba ang pagkalubha ng traffic conditions sa Metro Manila na iaagrabado pa nila lalo? I really do not know what the birdbrains at DPWH are thinking. >_

You know they've been going at this roadwork project near Crame on Santolan for months now. It's been making traffic a monumental pain in the butt. And why the heck does it "just so happen" to happen in Christmastime? Can't they... wait?
