Experimental electric Rolls-Royce Phantom wraps up global test program

TopGear.com.ph Philippine Car News - Experimental electric Rolls-Royce Phantom wraps up global test program

The Rolls-Royce 102EX Phantom Experimental Electric is finally home at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in West Sussex, England, after it completed its global test program.

Since it was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show last March, the electric Rolls-Royce Phantom went through an intensive test program around the world to see if "electric motoring can deliver a true Rolls-Royce experience."

With the car's return to Rolls-Royce’s headquarters, the British luxury carmaker will now collate the data gathered from the program and reveal its findings in the first quarter of 2012.

Rolls-Royce is truly one of the most luxurious car ever now that it has an electric version of the phantom. And this car is more Eco friendly than the standard phantom. But this will probably cost more than the standard phantom because it's an electric vehicle. Maybe next time the ghost will have an electric version.
