Ford Philippines recently held its annual Sales and Service Skills Olympics at its headquarters in Santa Rosa, Laguna, with over 100 employees from 25 Ford dealerships nationwide.
The event saw the participants compete in written and practical examinations that replicate real-word scenarios for sales consultants, service managers, dealer-customer relationship centers, service advisors, service technicians, and parts and warranty processing.
"Our team is our best asset and we continuously look for ways to further develop their skills and enhance their product knowledge, technical competency, process adherence, and most importantly self-confidence in their field of expertise," said Dave Macasadia, vice president for Ford Philippines' customer service division. "The Skills Olympics challenges our network to raise the bar in everything we do, especially in customer satisfaction. We also look forward to this annual event as it allows us to come together in a fun and educational manner as One Ford family."
Ford Philippines said the annual Sales and Service Skills Olympics held with its the dealer network is a testament to the company's commitment to provide the best products and service to customers.
The winners of the Sales and Service Skills Olympics will be awarded during the annual Ford Dealer Convention in January 2012.
