Mercedes-Benz is a very pricey car brand. It's only fitting that those who buy its cars get access to quality after-sales service. No problem: CATS Motors, the Philippine distributor of the German carmaker, is implementing My Service, "a new approach that will enable customers to experience the after-sales brand value of individuality and appreciation, further strengthening customer service--a key part of the Mercedes-Benz brand as a whole."
My Service is the brand promise of Mercedes-Benz's after-sales service, which highlights the connection between individual requirements and the appropriate Mercedes-Benz customer care.
"We want to assure customers that they will be taken care of personally and individually even long after their vehicle was purchased," says Ser J de los Angeles, CATS Motors' vice president for after-sales. "We aspire to make customers feel truly appreciated. Also, as part of our commitment, we have already expanded and improved our facilities to accommodate our growing number of customers and to better serve them."
To kick off this after-sales program, Mercedes-Benz service expert Christian Schmidt will be in the country this week to hold a special service clinic for Mercedes-Benz owners. He will conduct the clinic on November 12 to 16, from 8am to 5pm, at Mercedes-Benz EDSA Greenhills. All Mercedes-Benz owners are welcome to avail of a free service checkup from the "flying doctor."
