Kia previews next-generation Forte compact sedan

Kia will launch in its home market of Korea later this year the all-new Forte compact sedan.

To be known as the K3 in Korea, the all-new Forte sedan will then go on sale in many overseas markets by the first quarter of 2013, with the five-door hatchback and two-door coupe variants following later next year.

Also sold as the Cerato in other countries, the Forte was reportedly Kia's best-selling car globally with more than 445,000 units sold.
