When Aston Martin first revealed the all-new Vanquish last June, we only saw it in photos as well as a video that gave us a close look at its finer details with a matching soundtrack that was supposedly of its engine going through its paces.

Now, the British carmaker has finally released a two-minute-long video actually showing a "Hammerhead Silver-finished" Vanquish being driven around the Italian countryside with the sound of its engine accompanying the images.

"We know from the feedback we have received for other images of the Vanquish that Aston Martin owners, enthusiasts and friends of the brand worldwide are very keen to see much more of our incomparable new sports car," said Aston Martin chief executive Dr. Ulrich Bez. "I'm very happy to say that, via our website, we can now offer everyone an exciting new view of the great new Vanquish."

      This is beyond Muscle car category and those small jap sports cars. Vanquish is a supercar to compete against the italians and the germans

        a refined supercar more geared towards comfort and style (GT cars) if I may add. Ferrari California, SLS AMG, Jaguar XK, F12 Berlinetta, Maserati GranTurismo, BMW 6 series, Bentley Continental GT etc... :D

        Correct but I think it is a bit out of place? It is not as fast as a Italian super car and it has a luxury and driving dynamics of a grand tourer.

          British supercars are always out of place haha like the JAguar XK-R which is not that fast as shown in Motortrend's 2012 drag race or the Bentley Continental GT, they have those big strong engines but they're never really as good as the Germans and Italians. Talagang pang luxury and fun driving also the sound of their engines are music to the ears

            Yes even Lotus ain't that fast. Well, kanya kanyang preference na lang yan. I really like Aston Martin's One-77. Yes they sound good, but what could sound better than a Lamborghini Aventador? Hahaha when I hear an Aventador, I imagine a Minotaur charging towards me hahahaha

    Seen it last July at the 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed. I've posted some of the images in TG Forum.

    The noise it created was nothing short of spectacular, only to be drowned by the Noble and McLaren that came after it. Nevertheless, the Vanquish is stunning in metal, much lowered and looked more aggressive in front. One to wish for.

    I like the looks and how it drives when I saw it on the video. I hope the naturally-aspirated V12 can keep up with Lamborghinis and Ferraris
