The Bayanihan H5 is BAIC's workhorse vehicle. This is the Passenger Van which comes with an enclosed air-conditioned rear van body. To maximize passenger and cargo space, the H5 features a forward-control layout.

Powering the H5 is a 1.8-liter inline-4 turbocharged common-rail diesel engine which makes 60 HP and 150 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.
