The 2023 CS55 Plus is the latest version of Changan's compact crossover SUV. Its sleek curvy styling is reminiscent of the bigger CS75 Plus. The front is dominated by the brand's large grille design which features a distinct "parametric-inspired latticework" 3D pattern. On the opposite end, it gets slim horizontal taillights with the brand's signature "ring treatment". Another unique design feature at the back is its ring-shaped LED Center High Mounted Stop Light.

The new CS55 Plus is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline mill which produces 185hp and 300Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels through a seven-speed wet dual clutch transmission.
