The Toano is Foton's entry into the euro-style large van segment. If you think this modern stylish roomy 18-seater van looks a bit Mercedes-like, there is a reason for that. According to Foton, the same German design team that did the Mercedes Sprinter van did the styling of the Toano. 

Under its short hood is a 2.8-liter Euro-4 Cummins oil-burner which pumps out 161hp and 360Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. 
The Toano can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 14 seconds and is capable of 11.5km/L.
