Overview
The Okavango is Geely's three-row mid-size crossover MPV. The Chinese carmaker combines the practicality of an MPV with the characteristics of an SUV, the result is a roomy seven-seater family-hauler with an impressive 194mm of ground clearance.
It incorporates Geely's now familiar European-inspired design language that we've seen on the subcompact Coolray and more recently, on the compact Azkarra. Interior features a contemporary horizontal design with a floating 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen. Its cavernous cabin can accommodate seven occupants including the driver.
Powering the new Okavango crossover MPV is a turbocharged 1.5-liter inline-3 gasoline mill paired to a 48V mild-hybrid system. Total system output is 190hp and 300Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels through a seven-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
