Modern styling inside & out mixed with the practicality of a roomy interior has made the City a popular model. For 2017 Honda gives its subcompact sedan a sharper more aggressive nose inspired by its sporty big brother, the Civic complete with LED headlights on the top variant. It gets new diamond cut aluminium alloy wheels (base model gets steel wheels with full covers). Inside it retains the same familiar neatly-styled interior but gets a few upgrades like new gauges and in some variants a pulsing stop/start button and metalic trim.
Like before, the lone engine option is Honda's trusty 118h 1.5-liter VTEC mill. This can be mated to either a 5-speed manual transmission (base E trim) or a CVT (continuously variable transmission).
