This is the all-new CR-V, more stylish, more upmarket, and more versatile than the model it replaces. Just like the all-new Civic and the upcoming all-new Accord, it adopts the brands's new sportier and more premium design language. Third row seats are standard on all models except the base 2.0 S.
Honda is finally offering the CR-V with a diesel engine, a first for Honda Cars Philippines. The 1.6-liter i-DTEC oil burner produces 118hp and 300Nm of torque, it is mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. The base model on the other hand is powered by a 2.0-liter i-VTEC gasoline mill which makes 152hp and 189Nm of torque, it is mated to a continuously variable transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard while the range-topping SX Diesel gets all-wheel drive.
