Hyundai has finally entered the hot subcompact crossover segment with the all-new Creta. While it's recognizable as a Hyundai crossover, the Korean carmaker gave it a boxier profile and trendy black A-pillars to give it a more unique youthful look. Like its exterior, the inside gets a slightly more angular interpretation of the familiar Hyundai dashboard design.
There are two avialable powerplants, a 1.6-liter gasoline mill which produces 121hp and 151Nm of torque and a 1.6-liter oil-burner which pumps out 126hp and 260Nm of torque. Gasoline variants can be had with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission, diesel variants can only be had with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
