This is Hyundai's newest baby SUV, the Venue. This is the Korean carmaker's entry level subcompact SUV. Unlike the bigger Kona, the Venue has a boxier more upright SUV-profile. Up front it features the brand's familiar "Cascading front grille", this is flanked by large low-mounted headlights and separate turn signals above it — a design element that graces the front of other new Hyundai SUVs. Moving on to its sides, we see a well-defined character line and prominent wheel arches. Inside, it features a neat modern interior with a squarish theme with soft corners.
Under its hood is a 1.6-liter gasoline mill which produces 121hp and 151Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels through a 6-speed automatic transmission. On the safety department, all variants get dual-airbags, ABS, and Electronic Stability Control, the top GLS trim gets additional safety features like side airbags and curtain airbags.
