The Forte is back! The latest generation of the Korean carmaker's compact has evolved into a more stylish upmarket sedan. It features longer flowing lines for a more premium european-inspired look. This theme continues inside. There are two gasoline engine options for the all-new Kia Forte, a naturally-aspirated 1.6-liter inline-4 motor which makes 126hp and 155Nm of torque, and a range-topping 1.6-liter turbocharged inline-4 mill which produces 201hp and 264Nm of torque. The standard powerplant is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, while the turbo four unit is paired to a seven-speed dual-clutch tranny.There are two rear suspensions offered, the standard variants get a torsion beam, while the range-topping GT gets an independent multi-link setup.
