The Kia Seltos is the Korean carmaker's first true subcompact SUV. It features a distinctive boxy SUV silhouette, a welcome change in the sea of curvy car-like small sports utility vehicles. Like the Soul, it gets blacked-out A-pillars for that trendy floating roof effect. Inside it gets a contemporary horizontal dashboard design with a vertical tablet-like infotainment touchscreen. Under the hood of the new Kia Seltos is a 2.0-liter gasoline mill which puts out 147hp and 179Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels through a continuously variable transmission.
