The Range Rover Sport combines the luxury and capability Range Rovers are known for with the practicality and utility one would expect from a three row SUV. Styling retains Range Rover's distinctive silhouette but with sharper styling reminiscent of its baby brother the Evoque. A slight increase in size means it now has room for third-row seats, making this luxury SUV more versatile. For the 2018 model year, the large sport utility vehicle was given a mild refresh and new engine options.
There are three engines available, a 3.0-liter oil-burner which produces 254hp and 600Nm of torque, a 2.0-liter turbo four gas mill with an electric motor which puts out a total of 398hp and 640Nm of torque, and the range-topping SVR's supercharged 5.0-liter gasoline V8 motor which produces 567hp and 700Nm of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive come standard on all variants.
