2020 Mazda CX-30

Overview

The CX30 is Mazda's new compact crossover SUV, it slots between the subcompact CX-3 and the larger CX-5. Like other new Mazda's, the sleek CX-30 features the carmaker's elegant and sporty Kodo design language.

For the 2022 model year, the CX-30 range is joined by the M Hybrid variant. 

There are two gasoline engine options for the CX-30, Mazda's familiar 2.0-liter Skyactiv-G mill which produces 153hp and 200Nm of torque and a new mild hybrid powerplant which pairs the 2.0-liter Skyactiv-G with a 24-volt hybrid system, it puts out 162hp and 213Nm of torque. Both motors are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard on the 2.0 Sport and M Hybrid, while i-Activ all-wheel drive is standard on the 2.0 AWD Sport.
