Overview
The GLB-Class is Mercedes-Benz's new 3-row compact SUV. It features the German luxury brands familiar design language wrapped in a practical boxy shape that allows it to have a roomy interior with 5+2 seating. Its defined shoulders and large wheel arches give it a muscular look. Its aggressive AMG Line front fascia, and 19-inch alloy wheels shod with low-profile rubber give it a sporty touch.
Under the hood of the GLB200 AMG Line is a turbocharged 1.3-liter inline-4 gasoline mill which puts out 163hp and 250Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels through a 7G seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. This luxury compact SUV can sprint from 0-100km/h in 9.1 seconds, it has a top speed of 207km/h.
Sitting at the top of the local GLB range is the high-performance GLB 35 AMG 4MATIC. It's powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter gasoline engine which develops 306hp and 400Nm of torque. Power is sent to all wheels through an AMG Speedshift 8G eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. The GLB 35 AMG 4MATIC can sprint from 0-100km/h in only 5.2 seconds, it has a top speed of 250km/h.
