This is the all-new S-class, Mercedes-Benz brings its flagship sedan into the 2020s. While its design is unmistakably an S-class, it is much sleeker than the model it replaces. Inside, it features a futuristic interior with multiple touchscreens including a tablet in the armrest, and a pair of 11.6-inch touchscreen displays for the rear passengers. 

There are two mild-hybrid gasoline engine options for the Philippine market, a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 mill which puts out 435hp and 520Nm of torque, and a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 unit which puts out 367hp and 500Nm of torque. Both powerplants are mated to a 9G-TRONIC nine-speed automatic transmission. Mercedes-Benz's 4MATIC all-wheel drive system is standard on the S500 4MATIC.
