The ZS is MG's entry into the hot sub-compact SUV segment. For 2022, the British-Chinese carmaker brings more style and tech to its subcompact SUV. The most noticeable design change is its revised fascia. It gets a wider grille flanked by slimmer headlights. The amount of black trim has also been reduced; this gives the small SUV a more upmarket feel. Inside, it gets an infotainment system with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Powering the 2022 ZS is a new 1.3-liter turbocharged inline-3 gasoline mill which makes 114 HP and 150 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels either through a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic tranny. The naturally aspirated 1.5-liter pre-facelift variants are still available: 2019 MG ZS Philippines: Price, Specs, & Review (topgear.com.ph)
