The refreshed X-Trail has arrived in time to face its all-new rivals. It gets a restyled front end, a fin-type antenna, a sunroof and sharp looking new 19-inch alloys. Inside, it gets new trim, shift knob, center console, and steering wheel. These updates give the X-Trail a sportier and more premium feel. This compact SUV also boasts of advanced safety tech like a 360-degree monitor, blind spot warning system and rear cross traffic alert. AWD models get additional features like forward collision warning system and forward emergency braking.
Powering the FWD variant is a MR20DD 2.0-liter gasoline mill which makes 142hp and 200Nm of torque. The AWD variant is powered by a QR25DE 2.5-liter gasoline motor which produces 169hp and 233Nm of torque. Both powerplants are mated to Nissan's latest Xtronic CVT transmission.
