This is the latest iteration of Nissan's legendary Z aka the Fairlady Z in Japan. Like its predecessors, it sports the traditional long hood, cab rearward profile with a fastback roofline. Nissan designers also paid homage to past Zs. Heavy influence of the first gen S30, can be seen on its front end styling and greenhouse design. Its tail on the other hand was inspired by the fourth gen Z32.  Inside, the new Z features a modern driver-oriented cockpit, the three centrally mounted auxiliary gauges on the top of the dash is another throwback to the classic S30 generation. 

The new Z is powered by a new 3.0-liter twin-turbo VR30DDTT V6 engine, which puts out 378hp and 475Nm of torque. The new Z can be had with either a six-speed manual gearbox or a nine-speed automatic transmission.
