The all-new Ram 1500 features new styling which is sharper and more refined but still recognizable as a Ram truck. Its new design is also more aerodynamic than the previous gen model. Overall weight has also been reduced, thanks to the use of more high-strength steels and aluminum. A unique feature of the Ram 1500 is its RamBox Cargo Management System which are two lockable weatherproof storage bins found on the outer sides of the pickup bed above the wheel arches. Its interior follows a similar layout to the model it replaces but has been a given a more premium look. The Ram 1500 features a 5-link coil spring rear suspension, this helps improve articulation over the traditional leaf spring suspension used by most trucks.

Under the hood is FCA's familiar 5.7-liter Hemi V8 which puts out 395hp and 556Nm of torque, this motor is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Four-wheel drive is standard.

Rebel
The Rebel serves as the 1500's milder rugged variant. The Rebel features 33-inch diameter tires, a 1-inch lift, and Bilstein shock absorbers. To set it apart from its luxurious sibling, the Rebel gets a Black powder-coated grille & bumper, unique Black & Red interior, and a Sport Performance Hood.

TRX
The range-topping 2022 TRX joins the Rebel in the local 1500 range. The TRX is the ultimate off-road muscle truck. It sports a beefed-up suspension with Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive performance shocks, a half-foot wider track, and massive 35-inch diameter 325/65R18 Goodyear Wrangler Territory tires. It gets widened fenders and composite wheel arch flares to hide its wider track and tires. Under its aluminum hood with a functional hood scoop is a 6.2-liter Supercharged HEMI V8 which pumps out an impressive 702hp and 880Nm of torque. This mill is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. It can accelerate from 0-60mph (97km/h) in only 4.5 seconds.
