Subaru's iconic WRX is all-new for 2022. It now rides on the new "Subaru Global Platform". Like before it blends the practicality of a compact sedan with the soul of a sport car. The trademark WRX hood scoop and wide fenders lets everyone know this car means business. The WRX sedan gets improved aero by using textured molded wheel arches and lower trim. For 2022 the WRX will be offered as a sedan and as a wagon.

​Under the hood of the all-new WRX is a turbocharged 2.4-liter flat-4 boxer engine which produces 271hp and 350Nm of torque, this motor is mated to either a six-speed manual transmission or a Sport Lineartronic CVT. It features Symmetrical AWD.

The range topping tS variants of the sedan and wagon are available on indent order. The tS has added features that include Drive Mode Select and a Harman/Kardon 10- speaker hi-fi system with subwoofer.
