The new XL7 is Suzuki's entry into the subcompact crossover MPV segment. It will go against Honda's Mobilio-based BR-V. While its body is identical to the Ertiga MPV it is based on, it gets a unique bold front-end, SUV-inspired cladding, and beeft roof rails. Compared to the Ertiga, the XL7 rides higher and has a larger wheel and tire package, ground clearance is 200mm. Under the XL7's hood is the Japanese carmaker's popular K15B 1.5-liter gasoline mill which produces 103hp and 138Nm of torque. Its motor is mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission.
