This is the Lavida sedan, Volkswagen Philippines' latest entry into the compact car segment. Styling is neat, classy and very much a VeeDub. It borrows styling cues, inside and out from its larger more expensive siblings. The result is a premium looking, loaded C-segment sedan. I guess it's no surprise that this is the best selling sedan in China.

There is one engine offered in our market, a 1.4-liter TSI turbocharged inline-4 gasoline mill which pumps out 128 HP and 225 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels through a 7-speed dual clutch gearbox.
