The Love Wagon has been out of the shop for one year now, so to commemorate the occasion, I am uploading a video feature made by Autofocus, the show of Butch Gamboa. This segment first aired a few months ago, and I now I want to share it with you all. Every time I get behind the wheel of this car I can’t help but smile. While sitting in traffic on EDSA, folks have given me a thumbs-up. Whenever I’m at the talyer for routine maintenance, the wagon has always been a conversation piece, too. Restoring this old rusty wagon was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The process taught me so much about myself. Let’s just say that finishing the job was an introspective journey for me as well. And, if it wasn’t for the Love Wagon, I wouldn’t have been able get to know you readers through this blog. I hope you guys watch the video! Thanks for always logging on to read what I’ve been up to. A special mention goes out to Jenny Bleza and Matt Mallari of Autofocus. And to Mom, Ate Joy, Ate Grace, Kuya Raul and Chino: Thanks for putting up with me while I was restoring this rust bucket. More updates to come!
The original owner bought it for less than $3,500
