For the most part, 7-Eleven stores are usually modest in size and situated along cramped city streets. Not that these establishments need to be anything more than that, as their purpose is to provide nearby or passing individuals with simple consumer goods.
In some places, though, these convenience stores are large enough to warrant their own parking areas. Cheap eats, easy parking, and 24-hour service? Sounds like the ideal place to hang out after a late-night car meet if you ask us.
We aren’t the only ones who think so, either. If you visit the official 7-Eleven Instagram account, you’re sure to find some photos to your liking. The profile is constantly resharing images sent in by followers whose rides are sitting in front of its stores.
Some of the gems you’ll find on there after scrolling for a bit include some rad-looking Mazda MX-5s and RX-7s, a Subaru BR-Z with a massive rear wing, and some stanced-out Fords and Volkswagens.
We reckon the late-night aesthetic plays greatly in favor of these images as well. There’s nothing like the bright glow of a 7-Eleven’s white lights to add to the vibe of a car-centric Instagram post.
While most convenience stores in the Philippines don’t have proper parking slots, there are some set up near gas stations or other establishments that do have them. Do you hang out with your ride at these places on the regular?
