Just how many vehicles have been involved in accidents since the start of the year?
We found what looks like a page off the Metro Manila Accident Reporting and Analysis System (MMARAS) report, which shows the different types of vehicles and the number of times they were involved in an accident from January to August.
Posted by the Safety Driving Center on its Facebook page, the list shows that most accidents in Metro Manila from January to August involved cars. Motorcycle accidents followed with 10,696 incidents, and vans with 6,871.
Does this mean car drivers are more irresponsible than motorcycle riders? Share your thoughts below.
The MMARAS is prepared by the Traffic Operations Center of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority. Keep posted for details we'll release when we get a copy of the entire document!
