Over the past couple of years, we saw a lot of budget-friendly people-haulers land in our market. We recently took two of those models and pitted them against each other in a spec-sheet comparo—the all-new Honda BR-V and the new Hyundai Stargazer.

The BR-V as you may all know is a popular nameplate in our market. It’s established itself as one of the go-to’s in the segment after years of success in Honda Cars Philippines’ stable. The Stargazer, meanwhile, is a newcomer brought in by the new management of Hyundai Motor Philippines. It looks ready to take on the heavy hitters in this segment, the BR-V included.
