Hyundai’s N Division really hit the mark with the new Elantra N, in terms of both design and performance. But as with most new vehicles launched these days, it’s yet just another subject for artists around the web to play around with. We’re not complaining, of course.
Anyway, what we’d like everybody to shift their attention to is the wagon pictured above. Yep, that’s a full-on estate version of Hyundai’s latest track toy. As you can see, the front clip and the entire side profile were left untouched, but the rear end underwent a major overhaul.
Unfortunately, this is the only angle we have of this concept, but that’s okay. We’re getting a lot of ideas about what that rear actually looks like, and we reckon Hyundai can make the look work if it were to build this thing.
This Elantra N Station Wagon was created by SRK Designs, a studio that not only renders design concepts but also records footage of the actual redesign process at that. The one featuring this Elantra is merely a five-minute video, but it’s pretty fun to watch. You can check it out below:
So, should Hyundai go ahead and build this thing? If the wagon will still be able to do 0-100kph in 5.3sec, we’d say they might as well go for it.
