Just a reminder to QC residents and regulars: The Quezon City no-contact apprehension program (NCAP) will begin full implementation on July 1, 2022.

According to the local government, there are currently 15 intersections under the program; these are where traffic cameras and other surveillance equipment are installed. If you get caught on camera violating traffic laws, you’ll receive a notice of violation (NOV) at your registered address. You can also check if your vehicle has been tagged with a violation by logging on to nocontact.quezoncity.gov/home and clicking on ‘Check Plate.’

Below is the list as well as images of the 15 intersections in Quezon City where the no-contact apprehension scheme is being enforced. Of course, it goes without saying that whether or not there are NCAP cameras, you should follow traffic rules at all times.
