This year is turning out to be a particularly intriguing one for fans of the crossover. Anyone who has been on the hunt for one was treated to a trifecta of arrivals from some of the country's top manufacturers—the all-new Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5, and Subaru XV.
The key words here are 'all-new'. And new they are, as each of the aforementioned nameplates offer significant improvements over their predecessors. The CR-V now comes available with seven seats and a turbodiesel engine, the CX-5 now packs Mazda's G-Vectoring tech, and the XV is built around Subaru's all-new global platform. Exciting stuff.
