If you're a family man shopping for a ride, you have to make some compromises along the way. Deep down, you probably want a turbocharged rally-bred machine with a gazillion horsepower that'll tear up any dirt roads you throw in front of it. Then again, a vehicle like that probably isn't fit for taking the kids to school or shopping for groceries. Reality sucks. So, what kind of car do you get instead? Well, how about a wagon?
In the past, wagons were more known as family vehicles used for long road trips and short drives to the grocery. They were practical, but hardly the kind of car that gearheads yearn for. We admittedly kept that image in our minds too for a while, especially now that wagons are rare on our streets. Then we encountered the Subaru Levorg. With its 1.6-liter turbo engine that churns out 168hp and 250Nm coupled with all-wheel drive, this not-so-mommy mobile will ferry you and the family around without sparing the fun.
