Okay, so this isn’t quite applicable to us given that sub-400cc motorcycles are banned from entering local expressways, but this highway test of the Yamaha YZF-R3—a sport bike powered by a 321cc engine—does beg the question of whether or not the sub-400cc rule ought to be reconsidered. FYI, the review was conducted in Atlanta.

Seems like this motorized bicycle is a worthy long-weekend project. It’s not that fast on the road with an engine that only pushes 2hp and looks like it came from a grass cutter, but that’s not the point. This thing is made for those looking for the middle ground between trail biking and dirt biking.
