After releasing the Hot Wheels IWC Racing Team Transport set last year, the watchmaker and the toymaker have once again teamed up to create a new limited-edition set to mark IWC Racing’s return to the Goodwood Motor Circuit.

This is the IWC x Hot Wheels Racing Works collector’s set consisting of one timepiece and one diecast car enclosed in a bespoke silver and black metal toolbox. Only 50 of these will be made, each one with an individual corresponding set number.

The timepiece is a Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Edition IWC x Hot Wheels Racing Works. It features a 43mm case made of grade five titanium, an engineering material selected by the design teams of both brands. It is fitted with an IWC-manufactured 69385 caliber movement that can be seen through the smoked glass-case back.

The toy car, meanwhile, is the Mercedes-Benz 300SL replica that was part of the aforementioned Hot Wheels IWC Racing Team Transport set. It is a 1:64 scale replica of IWC’s 300SL Gullwing and is said to be one of the toy brand’s most detailed models ever created. Both the watch and the diecast car sport the number 68, which is a nod to the founding years of IWC (1868) and Hot Wheels (1968).
